What we collect and why

• Your account: email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), so you can log in. Legal basis: contract.
• Your business details: business name, review links, message template and team names. Legal basis: contract.
• Your customers' details: when you write a review request you type a first name and a phone number or email. We store the first name, the channel used and when it was created so you can see your history. We do not store phone numbers or email addresses of your customers. The message is sent by you, from your own phone or email app, not by us.
• Link activity: when someone opens a review link or QR code we count the visit and which request or team member it relates to. We do not collect names, IP addresses or device details for this.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Your account data until you ask us to delete it. Request history for 24 months. Backups are kept for up to 14 days.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We use Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider to run the service.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing tipped66@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If you are the business sending requests

You decide who to contact. You are responsible for only messaging people who have just used your business and for following UK rules on electronic marketing (PECR) and data protection.
