Terms of service

Last updated 2 October 2026. Draft: this should be reviewed by a professional before you rely on it.

The service

StarBump gives your business review links, QR codes and a tool to write review requests that you send yourself. We are not affiliated with Google and cannot guarantee any number of reviews.

Price and trial

You get a 14-day free trial with no card. After that the price is £4.99 a month, taken monthly by Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing tipped66@gmail.com; we cancel it the same working day and you will not be charged again. No refund for a month already started, except where the law requires one. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Rules for using it

• Only ask people who have genuinely used your business.
• Ask each person once, and do not pressure anyone.
• Never offer discounts, gifts or payment for reviews, and never write reviews yourself.
• Do not filter who you send to Google. We send everyone to the same review page, in line with Google's policies.
• Follow UK law on electronic marketing and data protection.

Our responsibility

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for lost reviews, lost business or Google changing its rules, except where the law says we cannot limit our liability. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
